In the previous question, we have mentioned different results. for most of them, we have showed already the comparison TEB Faktoring results 2022/2023. Also, there are some information as market comparison such as market leadership in export factoring business. Financial results are important as these are main performance indicators. There are also some results, such as customer satiscation index, trainings, CSR, digital channel penetration, which are monitored closely thanks to [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] Transformation Program which focus on almost all areas.
