    Tata Consultancy Services TCS launched its operations in the Philippines in 2008, aligning with its Global Network Delivery Model strategy. TCS Philippines has become a preferred outsourcing destination for customers from North America, Europe, and APAC, becoming a pivotal player in the local outsourcing industry. It offers a wide range of services including banking, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, energy, utilities and more. The center has expanded to over 5,500 associates, supporting more than 70 global and local customers with services like Business Process services including Customer Service and Sales, Back Office, Voice and Chat, Work At Home Support, Business Client Support, Finance & Accounting; IT Services including Application Development & Support, Enterprise Application Services, Managed Services, Service Integration, Testing and Quality, Infrastructure Services.

    TCS Philippines operates from two major locations in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila, and Angeles, Pampanga, offering over 4,000 and 1,500 seats respectively. This setup provides a dual city strategy for business continuity planning BCP, ensuring operational resilience during disruptions, complemented by a well-executed Work from Home WFH strategy.
