At our 10th year, with the motto '10 Mega Solutions to the 10 Mega Challenges the World May Face in the Next 100 Years,' we hosted a public event, exploring diverse topics from sustainability to artificial intelligence, healthcare to space exploration, through the lens of innovation and technology.

-In our event, we addressed crucial areas of innovation that the world will need in the near future, including sustainability and green innovation, artificial intelligence and automation, health technologies, space colonization, food and agriculture technologies, education technologies, transportation and logistics technologies, cybersecurity, renewable energy, and fintech. We categorized these topics and divided them into three days, titling each day accordingly: Day 1: Transformative Technologies on the Trail of Digital Evolution, Day 2: Global Steps in Pursuit of Green Future, and Day 3: Human-Centric Technology Revolution. Innovative developments examined under these headings were tangibly observed through information provided in panels and products showcased in experience areas.
-To recognize the dedication and progress shown in the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship throughout the year, we organized an award and certificate ceremony in four different categories.
-We hosted internationally renowned figures in the mentioned fields as panelists and keynote speakers, providing open and free access for the audience.
-We created a dedicated space for the entrepreneurial ecosystem, named InnovaZone. Entrepreneurs showcased their projects and had the opportunity to network with prominent companies in the ecosystem through S2C meetings.
-With InnovaPoint, an area where entrepreneurs could meet with the investor ecosystem, our entrepreneurs had the chance to pitch their ideas and projects directly to angel investors.
-While addressing the main topics on the main stage, we curated panels on our auxiliary stages, featuring experts to guide entrepreneurs, and hosted masterclasses on our dedicated stages.
-For universities, technoparks, and technology centers, we designed an area called Next Generation Area. This space showcased the country's most important and award-winning projects to visitors.
-Our community, named InovaTIM, consisting entirely of university students, showcased innovative projects throughout the event and organized workshops and hackathons for other participating university students.
-With 13 digital exhibitions and installations in the event area, we brought innovative works in the cultural and artistic field to the experience and appreciation of our visitors.

In our event, we hosted 22 CEOs from Turkey and around the world, showcasing their breakthrough moments in curated content. Our aim was to create an event resonating with innovation enthusiasts globally. Throughout TIW, we brought together diverse stakeholders, including top executives, innovation thought leaders, academics, industry leaders, and public sector representatives. Over three months, we meticulously planned 39 panels on three stages, carefully selecting panelists and keynote speakers tailored to our audience. Additionally, we arranged 28 brand stands, 10 technoparks, 13 exhibitions, 26 university stands, 17 entrepreneurship stands, 2 exporter association stands, along with seminars and roundtable conferences. Our communication strategy involved active use of digital, print, and written media, employing influencers and creating content tailored to our audience through news and advertisements, supported by special analyses. The press launch a month before the event allowed us to host the press, unveil our event positioning, and offer a glimpse into the experience areas. Strategic partners were announced during the launch, providing networking opportunities. Effective communication led to the inclusion of two strategic partners in the last two weeks. Our 12,000-square-meter venue plan underwent significant changes, accommodating these brands in TIW, thanks to our dedicated architectural teams. A last-minute request from TEA to reach technical high schools was successfully fulfilled, bringing 3,200 high school students to the event in two days through integrated collaboration with the Ministry of National Education. Post-event, vinyl print materials and carpets were donated to shelters for street animals. Exhibitions and installations focused on sustainability and recycling, with curated themes like Bio-art, Ecotopia, The Melody of Threads, and the Last Garden, contributing to enhanced awareness about sustainability. In our event on November 23-25, 2023, we welcomed a total of 32,202 visitors, marking a 32% increase compared to the previous year. Throughout the country, 65 technical high schools, 26 universities, 10 technoparks, and 2 R&D project markets actively participated in our event. 8 brands joined us as strategic partners, 13 brands as supporting sponsors, and 7 brands as communication sponsors. Our esteemed partners and sponsors include Meta, Google, UPS, Hilton, TEB, Halkbank, Ziraat Bankası, Vakıfbank, Arzum, İGE İhracatı Geliştirme, Trendyol, Türk Telekom, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Industry and Technology, Ministry of Youth and Sports, Presidency Investment Office, Istanbul Financial Center, Türkiye Sigorta, Plan-S. The event featured 13 exhibitions and installations showcasing artworks from 35 local and international artists. 4 award ceremonies, namely İnovaLİG, İnovaTİM, İnoSuit, and TEA Academy Certificate, recognized and honored outstanding contributions. 30 companies received İnovaLİG awards, 10 projects earned İnovaTİM Innovation Awards, 54 companies were granted İnoSUIT Certificates, and 8 companies, along with 8 mentors, were presented with TEA Academy Certificates. The People's Republic of China, designated as "Innovation Partner Countries," actively contributed to the event through seminars, special booth areas, and exhibitions. 28 brands exhibited their stands, and 7 masterclasses were organized, enriching the event with valuable insights. Our social media outreach was substantial, achieving 9,012,990 impressions through Google Adwords, 349,402 impressions on LinkedIn, and 8,474,684 impressions on Meta. Additionally, we reached 1,611,877 people through influencer collaborations. Strategic ad placements on 500 electric poles, 88 monolith digital advertising spaces, 13,762 screens on public transportation vehicles, and 233 screens across 32 universities facilitated effective targeting of our audience.
