    Our ability to maintain continuous learning and visionary mindset enables us to explore challenges and opportunities, resulting in our sustainable development. In addition, being recognized as a gold partner upwards with leading eCommerce providers (Adobe, Sitecore) allowing us to bring value to worldwide clients led to our global expansion. From a three-people team established in 2006, SmartOSC grew into a business of 1000+ experts across 12 offices in 9 countries, including the USA, UK, Australia, Singapore, Japan.

    Not only ensuring that there were zero layoffs before, during, and after the pandemic, our dynamic company also celebrated a 30% increase in employees between 2020 and 2022, reaching 1000 employees in December 2022.

    Named by the Vietnamese press as “a pioneer in building the eCommerce community”, SmartOSC has been an active force in building a community that knows how to leverage technology for the benefit of society amid the impacts of the pandemic since 2020. We are one of the first and principal organizers of the Meet Magento conference in Asia which has gathered over 6,000 leaders and innovators in 6 years. SmartOSC has collaborated with 3 other leading companies to introduce the Omnichannel Framework documentation to more than 500 retailers to guide them through the pressure of the strict lockdowns with digitalization.
