Our XSOC team monitors user movements and provides data analysis using an artificial intelligence learning algorithm.
We would like to briefly share with you a situation experienced in this architecture:
As a result of user analysis conducted on one of our customers receiving XSOC service, an unusual activity was detected. An increase in the file sharing activities of a staff member working in the customer environment was observed and an alarm was generated by artificial intelligence. At the same time, DLP agent and proxy systems also confirmed this unusual activity. Thanks to the improved learning algorithm, anomalies in user movements were identified.
If the user spends more time than usual on the LinkedIn platform, it is detected by an alarm triggered by the artificial intelligence algorithm. As a result of the analysis, it was evaluated that the employee was planning to leave the job and there was a possibility of leaking sensitive data within the company. This situation was communicated to our customer and a detailed examination of the user's activities was requested.
