We believe that innovation can only stem from the right company culture; thus, at Scalefocus, we are actively developing this differentiating enabler.
Since 2021 we have expanded and refined our internal platform for crowdsourced innovation – InnoBox, divided into internal, external, and repeatable solutions. In 2022 we developed the platform further, involving customers at the earliest stages of the innovation process.
With InnoBox, we enable “the market of ideas”, allowing solutions to openly compete in a social manner. We began onboarding key customers into our innovation program, significantly increasing delivered client innovations. At the same time, we continued to encourage our employees to submit ideas, recognizing them with rewards for their contributions.
Automation and data landscape integration are pivotal in driving innovation in our internal business processes and strategy. In the past two years we successfully:
- Integrated all data sources into our analytics platform and created 200+ dashboards for real-time visibility into all business processes and department performance, facilitating strategic data-driven decision-making and planning.
- Completed the integration of our Professional Services Automation (PSA) and financial management platforms, offering a holistic view of all business, operational, and financial processes.
We embedded real-time data in our PSA platform for optimized service delivery, providing insights into project progress, results, employee performance, and satisfaction, allowing tailored management approaches.
We completely digitalized the application process in our Scalefocus Academy. We incorporated video presentations of the candidates instead of cover letters, automated online testing, and fully electronic document generation flow on a self-service basis.

This inclusive model stimulates lean solutions to real-world business problems, encouraging co-creation and collaborative decision-making. As a result, we observe increasing team and client engagement and a significant boost in value generation. Our innovative ideas that were recognized or implemented tripled from 9 in 2021 to 27 in 2022, with over half enacted internally or by our clients.
