    SAP Enable Now has been in market for over 10 years, the latest version was released November 25th, 2022, and included a new option for web-based recording of tutorials and several improvements in the in-app space like easier video embedding and displaying help bubbles on hover.

    How do we do that? SAP Enable Now is a cloud-based digital adoption solution which supports all end users of any SAP and non-SAP software application. It helps upskill employees from before the first touch with tutorials and documentation to dealing with software updates and new features by providing in-app help. Our solution also helps customer IT teams through the testing and implementation phases by offering easy template-based documentation creation and through the go-live and change management phases with guided tours and help bubbles for end users. Even after go-live, our solution delivers valuable help with ongoing software adoption and change management by providing consumption analytics and offering instant help content creation directly on the screen.

    All this is available to employees within their flow of work. No more stopping a business process to look up how to do those next steps or having to ask a colleague about how a process works because only they know.

    SAP’s digital adoption solution provides a comprehensive suite of tools for creating interactive tutorials, job aids, and e-learning courses which are accessible via intuitive and wizard-driven user interfaces. Highlights include web-based recording of tutorials, instant creation of documentation from recordings, and integration with business process management solutions like SAP Signavio.

    SAP Enable Now includes in-app help components for providing any type of help content in a personalized way - when and where needed directly in the relevant application to help users take on difficult process steps instead of having to open a support ticket. Keeping enablement content available after go-live helps facilitate change management processes. This is enhanced by integrated machine translation using SAP Translation Hub; allowing users to translate in-app help content instantly on-screen and authors to translate enablement materials.
