RESINC Solar is an Australian social enterprise specialising in residential and small commercial solar installations along the Eastern Seaboard. Known for their exceptional service and support, with over 3,500 x 5-star reviews across several platforms, RESINC is the highest-rated solar provider in Australia on all 3 of the industry’s top review platforms - SolarQuotes, TrustPilot & ProductReview. In recognition of this, RESINC was recently awarded the coveted SunWiz Awards for "#1 Most Popular Solar Installer in Australia" and "#1 All-Star Solar Company in Australia" for having the highest average star ratings in the country based on reviews.

Launched in 2016, RESINC Solar not only delivers quality residential and small business solar infrastructure and support but also reinvests profits into providing solar infrastructure for community and charity organisations in Australia and overseas.

In an industry that has become highly commoditised, RESINC Solar differentiates itself with a commitment to quality, customer service, and long-term value rather than competing on price alone. RESINC Solar stands firm in its commitment to quality and safety, refusing to compromise on the integrity of its installations or the welfare of its customers, offering top-quality systems supported by exceptional service throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

At the heart of RESINC Solar's business model is a commitment to an enhanced customer experience and a passion for giving back. Their purpose is to redefine the role of service in the solar industry by viewing the relationship with their customers and community as a long-term journey rather than a one-off transaction.

By continuing to engage with customers beyond the initial installation, RESINC Solar builds lasting relationships. This includes regular follow-ups by phone and in-person, even years after the initial sale, to ensure systems are functioning well, assist with any new needs and ensure the customers are on the best energy retail plans to maximise their solar savings. Unlike competitors who minimise contact after the sale to reduce costs, RESINC Solar sees after-sales service as an integral part of the customer journey. By educating customers on the best use of solar energy through household load shifting, either tech assisted or through habit change, RESINC Solar helps maximise the financial benefits of going solar, thereby delivering true value over the life of their system.

RESINC Solar contributes to large-scale change through cumulative small-scale actions. Residential and small commercial solar installations collectively represent a substantial reduction in carbon footprint, akin to installing a small solar farm each month.

RESINC Solar's customer-centric initiative has successfully amalgamated business operations with its wider social and environmental objectives, positioning the company as an industry leader in small-scale renewable energy installation and an example of how to do it differently, providing genuine, long-term value to customers.
