The project consumed a total of 10661 hours, and it involved 35 people from different departments including development, QA, product, management, and content management. The development process followed the Agile Scrum methodology, with sprints being the main framework.
Notably, the project featured a new architecture that was developed from scratch, and it was implemented in both the frontend and backend. The architecture was cutting-edge, and it allowed for the integration of new features that will form the core of the organization's web and mobile applications, as well as CMS and shop integrations, for the foreseeable future.
