mindit.io delivered over 140 solutions, dedicated to various industries, such as retail, banking, fintech, foodtech, healthcare, pharma, hospitality, publishing and real estate, both for large companies, as well as for medium companies, from the DACH area, Romania and the USA.

In 2022, mindit.io achieved significant milestones, including the expansion with mindit.io Swiss and securing HG332 state aid. We also developed a groundbreaking machine learning platform for one of our clients in the publishing industry, IzzardInk.
Moving into 2023, our dedication to fostering an exceptional work environment earned us the "Great Place to Work" recognition. Furthermore, our founder, Irina Arsene, was honored with the EY "Inspiring Woman of the Year Award" for visionary leadership. We also won Best Benefist Stragey Award at the 2022 Employer Branding Awards, alongside the Employee Experience Award (The Inspiring Workplaces Awards) and the best IT company 2023 by the Business Excellence Awards.
