    For over 35 years, MDI Novare has been at the forefront of digital transformation in the Philippines. We design, integrate, and maintain infrastructure for computing, networking, information security, wireless, and mobility. We also manage information technology services for the Philippines’ top corporations and government agencies. 

    As a pioneer in Information and Communications Technology in the Philippines, MDI Novare has brought many firsts in the Philippine Market. From bringing client-server and IP/Ethernet networking technology to break the technology monopoly of big iron and mainframe players to introducing fixed broadband wireless to help connect our over 7,000 islands, MDI Novare has always been a champion of innovation.

    MDI Novare takes pride in being the digital transformation partner of choice for the country’s market leaders. Even amid the global pandemic, we remained steadfast in our commitment to our clients by enabling rapid digitalization through innovative solutions such as online account opening capability, digital KYC, mobile apps, API mechanisms, AI, chatbots, etc. while keeping our infrastructure running, stable, and secure.

    We are proud to report significant growth across multiple KPIs: 

    • Sales Growth 16% CAGR 

    • Growth in Projects 14% CAGR

    • Growth in Clients 14% CAGR

    Our most innovative projects include:

    1. In 2020, we proved to be an agile partner to Radius Telecoms for Red Fiber Online and delivered a 100% digital portal that enabled Radius to process new subscriber applications and serve customers online. We proudly completed the project from concept to finish in just six months. By the end of 2021, Radius recorded 17,000 new subscribers - a 105,781% increase from the beginning of 2021.

    2. In 2020, we demonstrated our excellence in innovation through our partnership with Manila Electric Company (Meralco), as we implemented the Meralco Data Platform (MDP) – a unified business intelligence and analytics platform enabling the company’s customer-centric digital transformation. MDP not only replaced Meralco’s legacy data warehouse and reporting systems, but also provided data discovery, exploration, and self-service solutions to key data management pain points.

    3. We continued to deliver solutions that added value in 2020 through our partnership with SunLife, a global financial services company, as we deployed an e-recruitment solution to 84 SunLife branches in the Philippines that enabled them to attract and hire financial advisors from anywhere in the country. Through this, we helped SunLife hire over 8,300 new financial advisors to date, shorten its hiring turnaround time from 21-30 days to 5 days, and reduce costs by eliminating the need to print applicant documents and hire couriers to deliver them to approvers.

    While we deal with the latest cutting-edge technologies, it is the people behind the technology that makes us truly special. Some of our people-first achievements include:

    • We provide employees with face-to-face and virtual trainings to learn soft skills, upgrade their tech skills via global certifications worth up to Php300,000, and provide a scholarship grant for employees who want to pursue their master’s degree

    • We have optimized our social media presence through Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok and grew engagement by over 800% in just 3 months in 2023

    • We advocate for more #WomenInTech through non-discriminatory hiring policies, 46% of our leaders are women, a noteworthy achievement in the male-dominated industry of technology

    • We expanded our HMO coverage to include common-law and same-sex partners as dependents and promote overall employee well-being

    • We launched our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Leave in 2022, allowing our employees 1 paid day to volunteer during the 2022 Philippine Presidential Elections to help advocate for a clean and accurate elections

    • We grew from within as over 50% of new hires in 2022 are employee referrals, we reward employees with cash incentives for referring talented people through our employee referral program

    • We measure employee engagement quarterly through our YouMeter survey where we scored an average of 4.3 out of 5 in Q1 of 2023

    • We provide flexible work arrangements and transitioned to an Open Hybrid work arrangement filling up 80% of our seat capacity in 2022
