Through the project;
Customer journey map re-designed to simplify user experience (End-user and internal stakeholder reviews, Hotjar and Google Analytics analysis to detect pain points, site bugs, low-performing areas)
Both Asset and code minifying and lazy-loading applied to reduce loading time
5 new integrations were developed in order not to log all the data within website database, instead the integrations allowed us to syndicate data from other platforms promptly.
A/B tests were applied post-launch to determine the best and the worst performing web funtions/designs
The previous site achieved successful results in only one of the six key Google Core Web Vitals criteria while the new site achieves 4/6.
Within one month the following improvements were observed (compared to the same period - previous year):
6% decrease in page loading time
6.5% increase in total page views
35% decrease in bounce rate
25% increase in conversion rate
