    What started out as a communications startup, 27 years ago with only a handful of employees, has  now grown into a global communications firm with services in digital marketing, creativity, deep digital and public affairs, who embrace many brands in its core (APACHE; CHINA; BESO; and BAM). Our solid team of over 1,100 brilliant minds, works closely with clients, listening to their needs and helping them to achieve their goals with innovative proposals. 

    Consolidating its international position, our brand has 20 offices in 12 countries, in Europe and the Americas. The firm also delivers its services through affiliated companies in the rest of the Latin American markets, thus enabling projects to be carried out in this region from Europe.

    Since 2019, LLYC has been an associate member of FGS Global, a strategic communications and public affairs consultancy that has a network of more than 700 professionals, in 18 countries, to which the firm's clients have access, allowing them international collaboration and reach.

    Growth and Strategic Acquisitions

    As we mentioned, the last 2 years has been a period of outperforming through volatile times, and we have been recognized for it. During this period, we acquired 4 companies to adding values and growth our services offer: APACHE, a Spanish performance and digital marketing firm, CHINA, a Spanish creative agency, BESO, a Mexican deep digital services and creativity agency and BAM, a leading PR and digital marketing agency serving venture-backed and established technology companies. In this way, the spotlight has centered on the digital and creative transformation of the business through creative minds and effective data.

    Our commitment

    We have sought to offer a high degree of specialization in our services, integrating global solutions in the deep digital field, and offering clients cutting-edge digital solutions.

    LLYC Foundation:

    LLYC has fulfilled its social contribution through the LLYC Foundation in 2022. Four projects (2 local and 2 global) through 11 initiatives were implemented during the last 12 months, involving 415 volunteers from all the countries where the company operates. Under this corporate volunteering model, LLYCERS contributed their time, expertise and creativity to benefit 43 social entities and transform the lives of 859 people worldwide.

    Financial information

    In spite of uncertainties triggered by the war in Ukraine and its impact on the global economy, the audited figures for LLYC’s 2022 results revealed significant growth. Total revenues netted €89.5 million (+39% versus 2021) and operating revenues stood at €72.7 million (+36%). Recurring EBITDA improved by 26% to €16 million and consolidated net income rose by 30.6% to €7 million. The company has virtually doubled in size in two years in terms not only of total and operating revenues but also EBITDA (+90%).

    Also LLYC has promoted new services in the last year to continue to add value in the communications, public affairs and digital marketing market. LLYC also continues being committed to the LLYC Venturing project, a corporate venture initiative to invest in technology-based communication startups in early stages. In the past year we have made 4 investments in Digital Audience, Erudit, Vottun and Epinium.

    Awards and recognitions

    The transformative creativity and innovation we bring to our clients' projects has been recognized internationally with 120 awards, including the industry's most emblematic awards such as Cannes, El Ojo de Iberoamérica or IPRA with many campaigns of the group such as Havaianas, Signs Soup, Uniformonday, Bihar or Seed for the Future.
