    The past 2022~2023 was the year we had to go through the high waves of 'volatility' in the storm of 'uncertainty'.
    Despite many difficulties, we enhanced the status of KB Kookmin Bank by strengthening the stability of bank management.
    Above all, 'KB Star Banking' surpassed 10 million MAU and became a true 'platform company'.

    It was the first bank in the banking industry to implement '9To6 Bank', which overcame business hour restrictions.
    We are also reaping valuable results in face-to-face channel innovation, such as receiving favorable reviews from customers.
    In addition, the awards and encouragement given by customers, such as 1st place in the 'National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI)' 16 times and 'The Most Trusted Bank Chosen by Consumers' for 8 consecutive years, are also significant. 'SNS friendly reviews' of commercial banks. I think it was an achievement.

    Even in 2024, all executives and employees will use these achievements as a stepping stone
