    ■ Moving beyond being the No.1 card company, aiming to become the financial platform for the Z Generation with 'Big Movement!'

    KB Kookmin Card, under the slogan 'Big Movement, KB Kookmin Card,' strategically engaged with the Z Generation, who are potential customers and the digital generation, in order to transition into a financial platform.

    KB Kookmin Card operated social media platforms focusing on YouTube, which is widely used by the Z Generation. KB Kookmin Card created an infotainment content series targeting the Z Generation's interests, including diverse financial information and ESG activities that can be put into practice.

    Representative series include the

    ▲ Digital ESG Animation Campaign

    ▲ Metaverse Game Campaign

    ▲ Z Generation Campus Tour Web Show

    ▲ Collaboration with various Mega Influencers for branded content, and

    ▲ YouTube Shorts series featuring employees. 

    As a result, KB Kookmin Card formed a positive brand image among potential customers, and the Social Media Fandom grew by 200% in 2021 and 250% in 2022. In 2023, KB Kookmin Card secured first place in Social Media Fandom among the major card companies in South Korea (*8 companies). Additionally, KB Kookmin Card achieved significant milestones, including ▲being the first in the finance industry to reach 1 million YouTube subscribers and receive a Gold Play Button, and ▲having the highest number of views among social media channels of major card companies. KB Kookmin Card was recognized for outstanding results and received the "Advertising PR of the Year" award at the 2022 Korean Advertising & PR Practitioners Society.
