He has also built a $5M personal property portfolio.
Colin is also the team leader of the Property Investors Council of Australia, a member of Property Investment Professionals Australia, and a qualified property investment provider PIPA - a voice for the government and regulating the real estate industry. He has also been hosted on podcasts as a thought leader in the property space.
He is often quoted in national media, including print and television, including AFR, Kochie's Business Builders, and real estate journals, for his views on the market, interest rates, migration and economic effects on the market.
During COVID, Colin qualified as a mortgage broker, because he realised that when you talk about finance, you have to understand the bank's policies. He now collaborates with mortgage and finance brokers, planners and accountants, solicitors, quantity surveyors, and building & pest inspectors, running events and speaking at their seminars and workshops, growing the Australian reach into a global reach.
Since the business launched in 2020, we have almost doubled turnover and client numbers, and assisted in over 60 property purchases. This helps generations of Australians become financially secure and in charge of their futures.
