    YouTube Brandcast is an event where the latest developments, trends and advertising opportunities on the YouTube side are shared with advertisers, marketers and creators. The event is held to highlight the influence and reach of YouTube as a platform for brands and creators to engage with their audiences.

    YouTube, which millions of users visit every day for information, inspiration and entertainment, planned to hold Brandcast, the biggest event of the year, for the first time in Turkey physically in Fişekhane on 30 November 2022 in Istanbul.

    Innovation & Creativity

    Brandcast was designed on the theme of "It's My World". Brandcast 2022, the most anticipated YouTube event of the year, in which YouTube's most beloved content producers were accompanied by world-renowned speakers, took the participants to explore the YouTube ecosystem, where everyone can find their own world.

    Objectives, Planning & Execution

    YouTube, which has helped millions of people make their voices heard, build their own community, reach audiences from all over the world and start their own business; More than 250 top brands, media/creative agencies, influencers and YouTube content producers met at YouTube's biggest event. In order to invite the participants to the colorful world of YouTube, we tried to make the content producers a part of the show by hosting them both in the off-stage experience areas and on stage.

    On the red carpet of the event and in the “Shorts” area, Sibil Çetinkaya had short conversations with the guests and shot short videos.

    In the foyer area of YouTube Brandcast 2022, which was held with the theme of “She's My World”, the famous YouTube content producers representing the rich world of YouTube were hosted - “Refika's Kitchen” for recipes, “We Are Left for Make-up” channel, “For sports”. It hosted "Socrates" and "Minecraft House" for the game.

    On the stage of this event hosted by İbrahim Selim, the leading, loved and followed names of Turkey told their stories in the "Creator Spotlight" section - Timur Savcı, Alper Rende, Semiraminta, Nevşin Mengü.

    In the "Client Case Reel" section, Nestle, L'Oreal and Karaca brands described their successful campaigns as case studies.

    At the event, YouTube EMEA Emerging Markets General Manager Alex Okosi and YouTube Shopping Advertising Marketing Global Director Cenk Bülbül also talked about the impact of YouTube and the momentum it has created in Turkey. He also shared global and local cultural trends and insights with attendees.

    Edis, Zeynep Bastik and Sefo performed live on the stage. At the end of the stage flow, Hey Douglas increased the energy of the after party.

    Effectiveness & Results

    For the first time in Turkey, the YouTube Brandcast event was physically held. Content producers, brands and agencies came together under the theme of "It's My World". Despite the fact that each participant is a special and privileged YouTube world, all participants united on a common denominator in YouTube Brandcast. The latest developments, exciting stage shows, and content producer/brand success stories were shared on YouTube for the first time, on the YouTube side. Our 250+ guests gained new perspectives and discovered the colorful world of YouTube.
