To date, the Halka Mobile Application has reached 17,600 users with approximately 60 modules. With a usage rate of 78% within the Bank, it stands out among similar applications. The satisfaction rate of Halkbank employees with the Halka application is 4.6/5.
Halkbank Mobile Application also stands out with the fact that it was developed entirely with Halkbank's internal resources and by Halkbank software developers. The fact that it is an internal resource application not only saves costs, but also provides flexibility in updating the application, and the application is continuously developed in line with current needs. Thanks to the Halka Mobile application developed with the Bank's own resources, approximately TL 26 millionwas saved.
In addition to being a one-way communication platform, Halka Mobile also differs from its peers in that it is a two-way platform where employees can convey their suggestions and opinions and share feedback with many different units such as quality systems and call centers.
Halka Mobile App also supports gamification-based in-house competitions and activities. With competitions such as Word Hunt, employees working on the Halka Mobile App come together, compete with each other and win small prizes.
