    Beverley leads a passionate global team of design/build professionals making a difference to the environment by building affordable, eco-friendly and aesthetically remarkable buildings. It is a business with a purpose, established to create new standards in smart building by upcycling shipping containers into carbon neutral working and living spaces whilst eliminating wasted containers.  In 2022 it officially commenced building carbon neutral, affordable shops and cafes, shipping precincts and homes, women’s retreats, safe havens, manpads, granny flats, kids caves, and student accommodation. Greenville believes in the power of sustainable simplicity, the importance of affordability and the necessity of green spaces, from liveable cities to outer growth zones or undeveloped areas in need of revitalisation.

    Since  March 2022, Greenville Developments was selected as a preferred supplier to the Australian Government,  selected for its sustainable supply of modular, carbon neutral buildings, uniquely made from shipping containers, Producing an innovative vessel at an affordable cost in record time, and creating world’s first carbon neutral FutureLab for STEM research based on a 7 star eco-rating model

    Greenville Sustainable Pods are a game changer in the Circular Economy and Premium Developer of Carbon Neutral Sustainable Buildings, and the first of an Innovation City of modular buildings.in July 2020 Greenville  was commissioned by the largest Oil and Gas Company in the Southern Hemisphere to build incredible high tech Innovation Lab in the world. The humblest of shipping container transformed into a Futurelab – using latest 5G, largest Cisco Webex screens and a popup roof with automated arms that opens and closes at the tip of a button. Doors and windows expand/ contract with electronic actuation, materials used rated 7 star to comply with the hottest Karatha desert and cyclonic conditions, using Solar and wind energy.

    Its purpose –to enable world class research and development - the first team invited to collaborate inside the FutureLab was a group from MIT, benefiting future research and development in an inspiring space.

    They are 100% carbon neutral (unlike prefabricated containers that use unsustainable, toxic material).circular economy outcomes resulted in a reduction of primary material consumptions and rescue of abandoned shipping containers from port docks, minimising waste and raising building standards

    in 2022, they have been named as icons on the Circular Economy. They use Airplane Fuselage salvaged from airplane graveyards as modular furnishings and fittings, breathing new life into a decommissioned airplane fuselage by converting it into a building fully equipped to go off the grid.

    Truckable, modular, fast and affordable, Greenville’s achievements are unique because Greenville is a start-up building company run by a women and using lady tradies. Its products are unique and innovative and all handmade. This is a craft and a form of leadership which is highly unique in the building industry today, where everything is otherwise flatpacked and commoditised.

    There isn’t any company like Greenville who produce remarkable upcycled shipping containers from end to end for the unique purposes outlined.

    Its achievements are significant because the growth of the FutureLab means bringing innovation and sustainability into a newly formed innovation city, made for future researchers and developers to be inspired, collaborate and create great things out of STEM- science, technology, engineering and maths.
