VioEdu differentiates itself by the synchronous and comprehensive integration of features for all four target customers: students, parents, teachers, and school management staff. It includes core subjects following the curriculum prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), with nearly 10,000 animated educational videos, one million quality learning materials, and numerous engaging competitions. Furthermore, it provides a foundational management platform for teachers and school administrators to efficiently perform evaluation and assessment in classroom practices and student learning.

VioEdu's remarkable technologies include:

• AI and Adaptive Learning assist students by creating personalized learning plans and also support teachers in categorizing students. Based on students' academic performance dataset on the system, VioEdu automatically identifies and points out each student's strengths/weaknesses and suggests lesson and exercise plans appropriate to their ability. Through these reports, teachers and parents can keep track of the student's learning progress to better support them in their learning journey.
• Gamification influences students' study engagement and self-discipline. Also, attractive learning tasks, rankings, titles, rewards, loyalty points, national competitions, etc., trigger students' competitive behaviors and improve their motivation.
• Strong and stable infrastructure. The system's service capacity is up to 200,000 concurrent users, which makes VioEdu an ideal platform for schools to measure student learning. In addition, it takes less than 10 minutes to create new accounts for the entire students and teachers in a school.

Launched in 2019, after more than three years of development, with remarkable advantages in technology, content, and approach, VioEdu has become one of the leading Edtech platforms in Vietnam regarding growth rate, learning inclusivity, and user preferences. By the end of March 2023, the website had about 15 million users, an increase of five times compared to 2021. In 2022, the website had 12 million page visits. VioEdu's "Math Arena" competition has attracted 63 million participants since its inception. More than 10,000 schools in Vietnam use VioEdu to teach, input, and store learning data, assign exams and assess their students. According to statistics on Google Search, 'VioEdu' reached the Top 8 most prominent keywords in 2021 and the top 3 online learning keywords in 2022. From 2022 to now, the platform has had an average of 1.5 million monthly searches.

Mr. Hoa has contributed significantly to promoting business and maintaining FPT's growth rate for many years. Besides, he takes responsibility for leading the Made-by-FPT product development team.
