As a child in a small town in South Africa, John Roussot fundamentally understood the power of positive habits and small daily actions. As well as achieving greatness on the sports pitches, he studied karate every week from the age of 5, achieving a black belt by the age of 12.
Self belief, consistent effort and discipline were key to John’s self-mastery, attributes which remained steadfast when tested by challenging family circumstances later in his life.
After embarking on an entrepreneurial venture following a successful corporate career, he tragically lost both his parents. So, John took over running the family coffee shop business full time, doubling the turnover and tripling the business's profits within six months.
Later on, after realising that many corporate workers were burnt out, demotivated and failing to achieve a successful work-life balance or produce results, John decided to train as a High Performance Coach.
Unleashing a vision to ‘liberate greatness’
By the time the pandemic hit in March 2020, John was living in the UK with his family, working in the corporate world. Eager to apply his coaching passion to make a real difference through people-centric strategies designed to unlock corporate success, he established FiiT4GROWTH with the vision to ‘Liberate greatness for individuals, teams, and businesses’ and has never looked back. In his own words:
“I have a vision for a world where individuals, teams and businesses are able to liberate their greatness using the strategies and tools I’ve had the privilege of implementing in my own life, so that they can achieve their personal and professional goals faster, while maintaining their wellbeing and relationships.
Everything in my past, the great experiences, and adversities have created my purpose and passion for people, my fight against mental and physical health issues, and my desire to inspire, encourage and uplift the people around me.”

The globally based team has trained clients in 33 countries around the world, and created a business that is set to exceed £1 million in sales in the 2022-2023 financial year.

Unlocking high performance people and cultures
Results from a recent FiiT4GROWTH Customer Impact Survey 2022 showed that 88% of participants have noticed a difference in their purpose and motivation since their high performance training. 75% of those taking part found a difference in their mental health and wellbeing, while 69% reported a difference in their work-life balance. 100% of all those questioned said they would recommend FiiT4GROWTH to a friend/colleague, with many praising John’s energy, enthusiasm and spirit of excellence.
