Being aware of the fact that skillful employees are its most important investment in mediating to reach future goals, aiming to prepare both the company and its employees for the future in the best way possible, Enerjisa launched the "Future of Work" project named “Geleceğin Yolunda”. The project aims to shape the future of work together with Enerjisa employees by considering the new working principles in 7 basic dimensions defined with a holistic perspective. Starting from 2021, Enerjisa HR team re-designed all HR processes with this future vision.

The HR teams of Enerjisa have implemented the Elpis-Career Architecture Project in 2022, which is a comprehensive career management project for the employees of the Information Technologies and Digital Business Management Department, which is critically important for the company.

Elpis is a holistic talent management and employer branding program aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing talent for Enerjisa's technology teams. Within this program, all processes that touch upon talent have been addressed. Technical career libraries have been developed based on job families to support employees' career development, the job title structure has been reviewed, and new career paths have been created.

With the ELPIS project, three different career paths have been defined for IT employees based on their expertise:

    • The Technical path is designed for employees who wish to advance their careers as technical expert in the industry.
    • The Professional path is intended for those who want to continue their careers in project management and technical leadership roles.
    • The Managerial path is created for employees aspiring to managerial roles where they can lead teams.
