Dreamix is a custom software development and IT consulting company founded in 2006 by six friends and college classmates. Convinced of the importance of employee motivation and a positive workplace atmosphere, they wanted to create a company that embodies those values. Hence the name Dreamix - a mix of the dreams of everyone in the company.
As Dreamix grew, the founders faced increasingly complex issues, making a clear leadership structure essential. This led to more C-level positions and the rotational nature of the CEO role - it shifts to the board member most suited to the goal.
With a client-centric approach and coverage of the entire software development lifecycle, we’re focused on building long-term partnerships around mutual trust, high service quality, and achieving shared goals. We only partner with projects we believe in - meaning we’re invested in their success, and we go above and beyond in our work.
Despite tripling our headcount in the last three years, Dreamix continues to put employees first. Various growth opportunities are available to every employee - several of our current leaders initially joined at entry-level positions. To navigate recent macroeconomic challenges, we focused on innovating and expanding our services while maintaining the quality our partners expect. Three years ago, 100% of our revenue came from software engineering. Тoday, 70% comes from comprehensive digital product development, where we participate in defining and planning the product.
At Dreamix, we don’t do body leasing. Instead, our combination of tech and business expertise allows us to act in an advisory capacity as well as operational - we help our partners define project requirements and find the best way to achieve their goals. Recent examples include:
