The app successfully eliminated desktop dependency, and streamlined the long-winded absence application and approval process, providing efficient and digital support. The new mobile service allows employees to view their request status from anywhere, anytime, enhancing transparency and promoting autonomy. This has resulted in considerable time savings, with an impressive 9,471 saved working days, improving overall efficiency.

    In terms of sustainability, the Mobile Serviceduo aimed to digitally transform work processes, fostering a more environmentally friendly approach by saving an estimated 2.17 tons of CO2e annually. This transition to digital technology underscores the application's commitment to environmental sustainability and future-oriented technology.

    A core objective was to reduce uncertainty and waiting times, thereby promoting employee well-being. By offering real-time status updates, the Mobile Serviceduo has fostered a more flexible and transparent process for employees.
