We introduced a virtual try-on tool in August 2022. The easy-to-use technology is a first for the industry and allows customers to easily see how a piece will look on their finger, throat, wrist etc.
We also implemented a Shopify upgrade to further improve site speed and UX. Shopify 2.0 allows for better functionality, but additional custom coding allows us more flexibility. Since these changes sales immediately spiked, with daily average of $2492 beforehand and $3404 afterwards.
