Credit Lyonnais Benefits With Ultimate Software UltiPro
Company excellence and business success begin with satisfied employees. To that end, American Business Award sponsor Ultimate Software helps companies increase employee satisfaction with human resources and payroll solutions that streamline processes and enable HR departments to serve as more strategic partners to upper-level management.
For instance, when Credit Lyonnais of the Americas implemented Ultimate Software's UltiPro Workforce Management, it gained the ability to run valuable reports easily and have its administrative processes operate smoothly. The bank's HR department now has more control over the company's workforce metrics, and with UltiPro's user-friendly Web portal, employees, managers, and administrators can update routine information instantly, without HR assistance.
The result has been happier employees and more time for Credit Lyonnais's HR team to devote to improved employee services.

The IBAs are the first global business awards competition, encompassing all facets of business, from management and finance, to marketing and sales, to product development, customer service, and human resources. All companies outside the U.S., and American companies that generate at least 10% of their sales outside the U.S., are eligible to participate.
In addition, the date of the awards ceremony has been changed to Monday, March 22, to allow more time for judging. It will still take place in New York and be broadcast on radio in the U.S., and worldwide via the Internet, by the BusinessTalk Radio Network.
