    • CW Solutions is a New Jersey based and woman-owned real estate services firm established in 2002, providing assistance for utilities and wireless telecommunications, infrastructure, and renewable energy projects throughout the U.S. The team of highly skilled professionals leverages local resources to provide specialized services for each client, which range from small businesses to Fortune 500 firms. CW Solutions aims to service the industries that serve as the infrastructure of the nation. From energy, and communications to transportation, they professionals with the experience needed to acquire property that makes sense for their individual industries.

    • CW Solutions provides land solution services ranging from site acquisition to full project staffing, including procuring right-of-entry agreements, building permits, and all land rights for multi-mile-long linear projects.

    CW Solutions President and Co-Founder Stacie Curtis received the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities Supplier Diversity Development Council’s Leadership Award in 2021. The award recognizes the achievements of board members, and member companies, who have shown exemplary leadership in the realm of supplier diversity. CW Solutions was selected based on its impact on the growth of certified diverse suppliers and the creation of policies, procedures, or initiatives that increase opportunities for diverse companies. 

    Stacie Curtis was named one of ROI-NJ’s 2022 Real Estate Influencers. The recognition honors those setting the trends and leading the industry. From developers and financiers to public officials, industry experts, and, of course, the icons of the industry.

    CW Solutions was featured in Forbes Magazine in 2021 and 2022 as a critical communicator amongst stakeholders when large-scale infrastructure projects require land.

    Over the past year, the firm has experienced significant growth, having diversified its services and customer base while adding new employees. The firm expanded its right-of-way acquisition and title services team and is positioning itself for future growth.

    CW Solutions has grown from a local NJ site acquisition company focusing only on wireless telecommunications projects to utility, offshore wind, infrastructure and county projects. The company has expanded and diversified its service offerings, which include right-of-way, property acquisition, title research, zoning and permitting, project management, regulatory compliance, and public relations.

    To further grow the business, CW Solutions hires only local experienced wireless communications and utility real estate professionals and provides continuing education for its team. The company strategically brings employees on board who are well-established in the industries it serves. CW Solution’s goal is to continue to increase revenue, hire more employees, and open new offices throughout New Jersey.

    CW Solutions has garnered recognition throughout the years for breaking into new industries in sectors in which women-owned businesses are the minority. Their foresight has ensured the company can continue to meet the needs of its clients in an increasingly competitive and changing market.

    Inside Towers featured CW Solutions as experts in Title Search by establishing property ownership before the steel of a tower has gone up in the air, or fiber has gone into the ground.

    Stacie Curtis has strived to advance principles of ethical right-of-way processes and has made great strides within her industry. Curtis combines 33 years of nationwide real estate experience, focusing on wireless telecommunications, utility, offshore wind, and infrastructure projects. She’s a Forum Committee Representative for the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, and has served on the Advisory Board for Enterprising Women magazine. She’s also the current Treasurer of the NJBPU Supplier Diversity Development Council (SDDC). She’s a Forum Committee Representative for the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. Curtis attributes much of her firm’s success to the numerous opportunities these organizations have provided. Her involvement with the SDDC for the past seven years has allowed her to help foster relationships with diverse vendors and regulated utilities in NJ, resulting in a strong commitment to resiliency in the Garden State.
