The objective of A Snapshot of CLP’s 2023 Annual Report (“2023 AR Online”) is to present our important achievements and goals of CLP during the year, and articulate our CLP story, results and strategy in a transparent and compelling manner.

A Snapshot of Annual Report uses simple and informative infographics to give an overview of CLP’s strategy and operations in 2023. Notable features include a short video where CEO Mr T.K.Chiang discusses how CLP’s solid performance against a volatile global backdrop last year, CLP people continued to work extremely hard in maintaining a high level of service, and the Group’s strategy to deliver safe, reliable and secure energy to our customers and communities.

Being aware of the power of videos – they often encourage better response in viewers that goes beyond what still images and text are capable of, a simple and intuitive video featuring our CEO is produced to encourage more engagement. Having the video allows our CEO to directly connect with the audience, explaining the CLP brand, the company’s business performance and future plans in an humanised approach.
