    Blue Sense Digital is a young and rapidly growing Australian eCommerce consulting, strategy and performance marketing firm based in Melbourne that partners with founders and operators globally to tackle their biggest growth challenges. Born out of creating their own successful eCommerce brands, founders Nathan and Sebastian set out to share what they’d learnt at the coal face with other eCommerce companies.

    At Blue Sense Digital, we are hyper-focused on delivering a thoughtful, personal approach with the long-term in mind. Taking a ‘business owner’ standpoint gives us a keen eye for eliminating wasted spend with purposeful testing.

    By virtue of the industry-leading results we achieve for our clients and our growth-focused approach based on full accountability and transparency, we are truly disrupting the industry and subverting expectations. For example, we scaled an e-commerce brand from $1,000 of sales a month to $100,000 a month within just six months, entirely through Google and Facebook ads. Another client has been growing at 15% month-on-month for the past eight months because of our work together. A footwear brand that we began working with immediately grew 3.5x in our first six weeks together from $13,000 in monthly sales to $40,000.

    After identifying a gap in the market for a performance marketing agency which holds itself accountable to clients and is genuinely committed to securing industry-leading results, young up-and-comers Nathan Perdriau and Sebastian Bensch launched Blue Sense Digital in April 2021. Their know-how, dedication and commitment have driven the agency’s explosive growth from a two-person operation to a fully-fledged agency in just a few short years. In 2024, the agency has again expanded their offering, providing eCommerce consultancy in response to the needs of their clients. 

    Achievements include:

    • Quadrupled revenue in FY23 to [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] compared to [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] in FY22.

    2023 data analysis revealed we’ve, on average, increased our client’s ad profits by 185%, ROAS by 150% and revenue by 87% within the first 90 days of working with us.

    Behind every data point and test result is our world-class team whose expertise and deep understanding of performance marketing and eCommerce bring life to the data, turning it into actionable insights that drive down marketing and business costs. At Blue Sense Digital, we are hyper-focused on delivering a thoughtful, personal approach with the long term in mind. 

    We build trusted relationships from the first contact with a radically transparent and comprehensive auditing process that provides detailed feedback the recipient can implement at zero financial cost. This process is utterly unheard of in the industry, with prospects blown away by the value they receive, leading to 75% of prospects converting. This transparency continues through to our data-driven client reporting, holding us to a level of accountability unseen by other agencies, so once our clients partner with us, the majority don’t leave. This vastly differs from competitors lucky to retain clients longer than 3-6 months.

    One notable aspect of our agency’s fast growth is that it has been entirely organic and all achieved within a defined niche - Google and social media advertising. We’re now looking to diversify into complementary disciplines, starting with our recent introduction of eCommerce consultancy services, which will lay the foundations for the next phase of exponential growth.
