Blue Elephants Solutions was founded in October 2019 in Singapore, starting out as a fully bootstrapped business without any prior industry contacts.
At the core of our company is the realization that, while most organizations today recognize the importance of providing training and skill development to their employees, the access to effective and up-to-date tools is one of their main obstacles.
We therefore build, customize and operate AI driven knowledge Retention Solutions and Serious Games for companies that automatically reinforce relevant content, knowledge and skills in meaningful and fun micro scenarios at the ideal time for each individual learner.
Our goal is to equip businesses with the right tools to support an up-to-date, digitalized approach to their Learning & Development operations, helping them to save substantial amounts of funds spent on workforce training, while remaining competitive and staying attractive for their employees at the same time.

After the first knowledge retention tool “Knowledge Empire”, Blue Elephants Solutions has continued to develop a follow up system with a “mobile first” approach, with the aim of enabling learners to access training content irrespective of place and time. At the beginning of last year, we successfully launched our new product “Knowledge Gym”.
In addition to this standardized solution, which will be elaborated on under the next question, we have also managed to establish Custom Development Projects for Learning Solutions for our clients, offering tailor made learning products for their businesses.
Though working as a very small team, with these products we have been able to grow our business during this period of time, and have established client relationships for both of them with businesses in Asia and Europe, while remaining fully independent at the same time.
This has confirmed us in our belief in the approach we have taken to learning and knowledge retention solutions, and our mission has remained to strive for optimization of our products and thus clients’ experience. It has given us the basis to allow us to innovate further, and we are currently looking to implement and adopt new AI features into our products.

With Knowledge Gym, Blue Elephants Solutions has designed a completely new approach to learning for the B2B space, built on a combination of Spaced Repetition, Gamification, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This bridges the gap between proven education methods, and modern technology:
- Spaced Repetition: While there are good learning management systems in place, studies suggest up to 90% of what is learned will be forgotten after just 1 month, if not applied or repeated on a regular basis. Applying the concept of spaced repetition helps slowing down the forgetting curve and maximizing retention of knowledge. It is important to note that one of the key concepts of spaced repetition is to adjust the time between repeating training content, as the more you repeat, the more knowledge you will retain.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI): We utilize the newest AI technology to tailor the learning experience to the individual learner. Through using the tool, an AI algorithm will analyze the individual’s forgetting curve and thus optimize the learning and knowledge retention experience result by adjusting each repetition cycle.
In the backend, the client’s admin can use content generating AI when customizing the training content. When uploading whole documents, the AI will automatically generate relevant questions and answer options, which saves a considerable amount of time.
