Raquel Manning, the founder of Blue Diamond Property Group, has achieved numerous accomplishments since 2021. As a national & international multi-award-winning entrepreneur, Raquel has established a strong reputation in the Australian property industry for securing and closing multi-million dollar commercial development sites in the niche field of off-market property sites.
Raquel offers a unique turnkey service, from due diligence in terms of establishing feasibility, sourcing the perfect property, acquiring it, developing the land, and project-managing it through to its completion.
Over the past year, Raquel and her team have closed three high-profile deals valued at $243,800,000 million, cementing her place in the industry. She specializes in sourcing rare, perfect properties, managing commercial investment properties and development projects, and producing industry-leading multi-million dollar, end-to-end land acquisition and property development solutions for industry leaders in various sectors.
Raquel is the creator of future suburbs, searching for the suburbs before they exist. She connects various arms of the government, developers, and builders to create something great. It's an arduous process, but Raquel is that conduit.
From humble beginnings, Blue Diamond now operates across multiple parts of development - from scope, design, planning approvals and delivery to expediting land acquisitions, valuations, tenders and property development.
In addition to her business achievements, Raquel has co-founded Forever Giving Foundation, which runs meaningful projects like raising money for firefighters who died in Horsley Park, raising $460k to help two families, with $200k put in trust for two little girls and $30k for each mum. Next, she plans to teach domestic violence victims how to rent or buy a property with workshops, cultivating skills and property investment knowledge.
Raquel and her team are also hosting a business luncheon in May for the benefit of domestic violence abuse survivors. The proceeds will go to Zen Tea Lounge, an organization that up-skills women by teaching them cooking and café skills, so they can take employment and start new independent lives.
As a proud Wailwan Wiradjuri woman, Raquel has a deep connection to the land. This factor influences how she runs her business, and why they have a minimal environmental impact. Despite facing sexist threats, bullying, and attempts to push her out of the industry, Raquel's tenacity, professionalism, knowledge, and expertise have earned her a place and profound respect.
She is determined to crack open the shell that locks women out of the industry, making the workplace welcoming and approachable, and supporting more women coming through the ranks to thrive.
