The Virgin Plus My Account app is available on iOS or Android mobile and tablet devices. The purpose of the app is to create a digital ecosystem for Virgin services, enabling users to manage, upgrade, view, or edit their services in one area.
On the app, consumers can:
- View and manage any existing services or pay their bill on the services overview page. Additionally, personalized content is displayed on this page, thus ensuring that all relevant information is easily accessible in one centralized location
- Users can change their current monthly plan, add or remove add-ons, or upgrade their device. These changes can be conveniently completed online, 24/7, eliminating the need to contact an agent or visit a physical store.
- The Virgin Plus app is equipped with a virtual repair feature powered by AI/ML technology, as well as a Wi-Fi checkup tool. Both of these features empower customers to troubleshoot their internet connection and identify any potential issues
