Bayer Türkiye has been running the G4A Startup Acceleration Program in cooperation with Hackquarters since 2018 to support startups that have passed the idea stage, have a product or prototype, or are in the sales phase and offer innovative digital solutions in the field of health and agriculture. It aims to both encourage employees to adopt the entrepreneurial spirit as a company culture and contribute to Türkiye's entrepreneurship ecosystem. During 100-day program, it offers training to entrepreneurs on 20 different subjects, one-on-one mentoring support, cooperation opportunities and grant support to selected startups. The aim is to accelerate the startup by improving its product without any financial expectations. The program begins every year with determining Bayer Türkiye's own employees who will volunteer as mentors in this program. 2 online sessions are organized, where any entrepreneur from Türkiye can participate and ask questions. The application process is initiated generally January-February through g4a.bayer.com.tr. Every year, focus areas of G4A program are re-determined, and all data is scanned to find entrepreneurs in the ecosystem through collaborations with 30 different incubation centers and universities. Since 2022, 720 startups were examined, and 17 startups were selected after an evaluation process.
