ALLHC is in seven growth areas nationwide through its diversified portfolio of industrial parks, warehouses, cold storage, and commercial leasing properties. In 2022, revenues registered at P4.2B while net income rose by 29% at P1.0B compared to 2021. In 2023, amidst ongoing development works for its industrial estates, ALLHC posted revenues of P3.51B and net income of P636M.
Demand was robust for industrial lots with lots sold reaching a total gross value of P2.6B, a record high for the company. Warehouse leasing revenues posted a 2% growth to P659M. Cold storage revenues accelerated by 46% year-on-year to P176M.
The country’s business environment allowed ALLHC to focus on expansion projects. With an industrial park portfolio in Laguna, Cavite, Laguindingan, and Pampanga, ALLHC acquired 133 more hectares of land for Batangas Technopark, and the expansion of Pampanga Technopark, which were launched in April and June 2023, respectively.
The company acquired a third cold storage facility in Cebu in 2022, and constructed its fourth facility in Batangas which opened in May 2024. ALLHC will open a cold facility in Pampanga Technopark and break ground for two more this year.
ALLHC’s first build-to-suit facility, a 15,000-sqm warehouse in Cavite Technopark for a retailer, and an 8,000-sqm warehouse in Pampanga Technopark will be delivered this year, adding 23,000 sqm of warehouse GLA. An 18-000 sqm Pampanga warehouse expansion will commence construction by 2Q 2024.
ALLHC’s joint venture with FLOW Digital Infrastructure, a developer-operator of digital infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific, launched the partnership’s first Philippine data center campus in Laguna in 2022. Phase 1A will be ready-for-service by end-2024.

Through the “ALLHC Cares for Tomorrow” program or ACT, the company’s ongoing initiatives for environmental protection, social engagement, and good governance underscore the company’s active commitment to sustainability while supporting surrounding communities.
ALLHC has taken significant strides in increasing renewable energy use and adopting a circular economy. In 2023, renewable energy made up 90% of its properties’ total energy consumption. Clean and dry plastics weighing 860 kilograms from its employees, corporate offices and malls were collected for repurposing into ready-mix concrete and eco products for Ayala Land group’s construction projects. It diverted over 120 tons of plastic from landfills from use of recycled and secondhand plastic pallets in its cold storage operations. All these initiatives are in support of Ayala Land’s medium-term 2030 carbon neutrality goal and the Ayala Group’s ambitious 2050 net zero target.
ACT activities are geared towards community development. These are its participation in the Department of Education’s Brigada Eskewela (School Brigade); assistance to micro, small and medium enterprises through Alagang AyalaLand (AyalaLand Cares) Centers in its commercial centers, and Tutuban Center’s e-commerce site; assistance to the Missionaries of Charity within the Tutuban Center complex in Manila; and mounted e-libraries for student and public use in Pampanga and Laguindingan.
Through ACT, ALLHC aims to bridge business leadership to sustainable developments, as a responsible steward of key industrial hubs that energize and support businesses for national progress.
