    Renata is a global business transformation strategist with over 18 years of experience in Business Strategy, Customer Experience, Innovation, and Digital Transformation, predominantly serving Fortune 500 companies. She holds an International MBA from IE Business School, a Master's in Motorsports Engineering, and postgraduate certifications in Design-Thinking, Innovation, and Strategy from MIT and Columbia, as well as Lean Six Sigma and Artificial Intelligence from MIT.

    She has led significant transformation projects across over 20 countries for top companies, including Emaar Group and Meraas Holding, and advises major sovereign investment and retail groups in MENA and Europe.

    Renata also imparts her expertise as a visiting lecturer at IE Business School, teaching Strategy, Customer Experience, and Design Thinking to International MBA students. She mentors top startups from Europe’s leading innovation lab, IE-VentureLab.
