    Jenaya Kennett was raised by a young single father, endured volatile and emotionally abusive relationships, and became a mother at 19. Her innate motivation to provide for her family drove her to establish AusLoans Finance Strathalbyn in 2021.
     
    The same year, Jenaya and her assistant, moved from a backyard office to a commercial space.
     
    In 2022, the team expanded to six. Today, they have an offshore call-team, and several admin/compliance assistants, to offer professional services spanning car and personal loans, to assisting Australians often overlooked by most other brokerages e.g. clients with complex credit histories, and Centrelink recipients.
     
    In just two years, AusLoans Strathalbyn has become a multi-award-winning business, and South Australia's leading asset brokerage.
     
    They have transformed a commissionable income of $174,000 in 2021, to $200,000/month in earnings by 2022.
     
    2023 saw a consistent monthly earning that surpassed $3 million Net Amount Finance and smashed their 2023/24 goal to earn $500,000/month.
     
    AusLoans demonstrates an unwavering commitment to putting clients' best interests above their own, a successful approach as evidenced by almost 400 online reviews.

    • Team expanded to three brokers, eight offshore call-staff including a centre manager, and six admin/compliance assistants.
       
    • Facilitated the entry of apprentices and assisted three staff members pursuing their Cert IV in Financial Services.

    • 2022 financial year - settled 418 loans, worth almost $8 million.
       
    • 2023, totalling more than $25 million, the number of loans increased by 210%. An exurbanite 225% YoY rise.

    Do our male-counterparts consider our hot pink elements, uniforms, and presentations audacious? But that's the point. Our all-female workforce plays a pivotal role in breaking barriers to foster gender diversity and inclusivity within the industry.

    Our unique family and community values, fuelled by a commitment to fast, efficient, and highly professional service means we have become a force to be reckoned with in the Finance Industry.

    We don't focus on rates or repayments in our marketing. Instead, our primary emphasis is to deliver the highest level of service to our clients. Our guiding principle, "holding your best interests at the forefront of everything we do," permitting every aspect of our business.

    We harnessed automation in our customer communication processes: integrated automatic text messages, and emails, into our CRM system, saving 2 days a week. With the size of our business now - more than x4 larger, automation means we can manage a higher workload, schedule effectively, and have a specific timed schedule to allow for the level of follow-up and organisation the automation provides.

    Automation has significantly improved customer experience, retention rates, consistency, and effectiveness of our follow-up efforts. It has also made our business scalable.
