    Transformative Philanthropy in Action explores how the Ares Charitable Foundation addresses economic inequity through strategic grantmaking. 

    The publication -- an interactive microsite with a downloadable PDF of the full report -- showcases our strategic collaboration with nonprofits worldwide whose programming helps individuals reach their greatest potential. In addition, it provides rich context about the societal and systemic challenges that our grants intend to help problem-solve.

    Two goals of the report were to raise visibility for the Ares Foundation's mission and grow the donor pool. To date, it has generated thousands of LinkedIn impressions and multiple reposts. Our team has received highly positive feedback, including from external organizations that have since sought our guidance and counsel on how they, too, may start to develop philanthropic programming. In addition, we are well poised to increase our donor base as hoped, having achieved our aspirational increase of 25% more donors by the end of Q2 2023 by more than 50% since the report's release in mid-April. We also believe that the report spurred interest in our 2023 Summer of Service as we reached the maximum number of volunteers for community service activities worldwide within less than one week after inviting signup in mid-May.
