AKLease's most important success in the industry: ECOLease which is the industry's first and only environmentally friendly product. ECOLease is the green financing product of AKLease,which prioritizes sustainability. It provides significant benefits to all companies, which contribute to renewable energy, waste management, energy efficiency, raw material efficiency, water efficiency and make investments which can financed by leasing.
As of May 2024, projects in the amount of USD 204 million have been financed under ECOLease. It reflects to:

- Annual Primary Energy Saving Corresponding Residential Unit: 244.070

AKLease developed and announced a new product called “ECOLease”. ECOlease; represents anew and forward step taken in the sustainability journey of AKLease. ECOLease became the first and only sustainability-themed product of the leasing industry in Türkiye. ECOLease is tailor-made financial solutions for renewable energy, energy and resource efficiency projects. Our new Sustainability linked product provides longer tenors and subsidises interest rates on financing. AKLease aims to have ECOLease constitute 60% of its overall lending portfolio by 2025 and increase it to nearly 100% by 2030.
