ACE Consulting is a Christian, Service- Disabled Veteran Owned (SDOVOB) company, specializing in Division 1 Services. ACE began in 2008 after a career change by the founder. Scott Arias went from being a 30-year-old executive, to a Professor at EKU. The idea for creating ACE was founded on the lack of skillset in Project Administration. Up until 2008, and still today, most companies depend on internal staff to complete key project administration tasks. Seeing that need, Scott founded the company and has had his hands in creating and developing every sector of the business. ACE’s Leadership has a diverse background of experience in construction consulting services across numerous commercial and governmental agencies, including the Department of State, the Navy Facilities Command, Amazon, VW, and the Army Corps of Engineers. Our core competencies are Quality Control, Safety, Cost Control, Litigation Advising, Preconstruction Plans, and Schedule Development. Our clientele ranges from companies in the ENR Top 100, to small 8A, SDOVB, and WOSB. Our expert staff enables us to provide our customers with the tools they need to handle these extensive project administrative requirements of the commercial and federal government with minimal time and cost.

ACE Consulting Company, LLC has a unique culture and strong core values that set us apart from other companies in our industry. Our core values are to do the right thing, have an extreme sense of urgency, and be the gold standard. These values have translated into great financial success and growth in our industry. Notably, in 2021 we had a goal 19% higher than the previous year. Our 30+ person team worked hard and passed that goal by 3%. Our success at the end of 2021 was a direct result of our organizational efforts in our leadership team and a change in culture throughout the company. We hired two new executives who were able to completely revamp the administrative side of the organization and bring us to a new leveling our industry. We stay true to our Christian values and our mission is focused on Building the Kingdom. We do this in various ways like donating our time to the community and collecting funds throughout the year to donate. In 2021, the team donated over $129,000 to our community support center. We donated hundreds of hours to planning a church rebuild which will get completed this year. Additionally, we put some time aside to participate in meal packing for a local charity. This year we have received recognition through being awarded the Patriot Award, the Silver Globee for Business of the Year – Veteran Owned, and a place on the 2022 Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies.

The leadership change ACE went through at the beginning of 2021 directly influenced our success in the coming months and years. In 2008, the total revenue for ACE was $7K, and at the close of 2021 the revenue grew to nearly $15M in professional services and with over 100 staff. Our new leadership team consisted of new preconstruction, business development, and human resources executives that implemented new processes/procedures. These processes helped to reorganize the existing staff and get us focused on meeting our goals. This new focus helped our team to not only meet but surpass 2021’s goals by 3%. With our new HR Manager, we improved our onboarding and training process for new hires and worked to improve the benefits for our employees. In PreCon, our new manager brought 14 years of experience in construction and management to the team and greatly improved the productivity and culture for the entire sector. Our new BD Strategic Officer is where we really hit our stride in gathering everyone’s focus. We started keeping a scorecard and putting up a weekly dashboard to keep everyone tuned into the ‘pulse’ of the company. Our BD Strategic Officer is who really made our meetings productive and became the leader of our strategic operations. He was able to collaborate with the senior executives in setting the agenda and vision for the business. He then broke this agenda into daily and weekly tasks/goals so we can work on improving ACE one day at a time.
