    • Increased Employee Engagement (encompasses satisfaction, performance management and training aspects) from 73% in 2018 to 90% in 2023. 
       
    • AD-Excellence Awards doubled from 205 points in 2018 to 450 points in 2022.
       
    • Enhanced employee interaction during the training, rising from 71% in 2019 to 89% in 2023.
       
    • Improvement in management's perception of the training impact, increasing from 69% in 2019 to 100% in 2023.  
       
    • Digitized 5794 training courses into ADC’s Oracle LMS platform to support the employees’ career development.
       
    • Trained 1668 employees, conducted 185 training courses that equate to 107,889 training hours in 2023.
       
    • ADC signed 33 training agreements with external entities.
       
    • The Calibration process was automated by integrating the Bell Curve into the system, enabling departments to operate autonomously.
       
    • Established a comprehensive training courses dictionary that supports the technical/behavioral competencies required by each employee. 
       
    • Built Psychometric assessments to assess employees in accordance with their behavioral/technical competency level, identify performance gaps, and assign employees to training courses using AI. 
       
    • Automated payroll activities using the Cloud application and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to enhance the employees’ experience.
       
    • Launched a VR Academy, simulating real-life work scenarios in multiple departments, including HR.
       
    • Implemented a SIMFOX program that simulates the X-Ray screening process for customs inspectors.
       
    • Wireless attendance system through a mobile application with face ID, using geofencing technology.
       
    • Introduced digital Assistance and Mobile Application on Cloud support, providing a Self-Service Portal and a user-friendly database.
       
    • Built a new HR infrastructure that incorporated updating the Organization Chart based on systematic manpower planning and centered-workload analysis, leading to improved HR operational efficiency.
       
    • Developed a system to store data on the Oracle Cloud for long-term retrieval, leading to reduced risks of data loss.
       
    • Introduced the nugget gamification training methodology, e.g. “Customs Challenge” that educates employees about ADC’s work.
       
    • ADC has positioned itself at the forefront of innovation by venturing into the Metaverse to enhance how employees interact and engage with technology.

    The HR digital transformation initiative had a significant impact on ADC’s processes:

    • Re-engineered 1161 organizational processes, in addition to 156 L3 and 1711 L4 HR processes (includes blueprint, DOA, Journey System, SLA with defined RACI/TAT have been automated in the ARIS platform.
       
    • Established Hologram classes in 3 locations, transforming the employees’ learning experience, eliminating physical travel since employees attend training courses remotely, thus saving overall time spent on daily activities by 25%.   
       
    • Cost-savings achieved by reducing training expenses by AED4.5 million and optimizing manpower costs by AED4.3 million.   
       
    • Implemented a robust Performance Management framework, where the Executive team derived the SMART strategic organizational objectives and their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from the organizational strategy.
       
    • Systemized the PM Cycle that incorporates the 360°/270° performance evaluations methodology, increasing the processes’ integrity of the process since it involves multiple evaluators.
       
    • AI-based analytics warehouse, with 101 HR-KPIs to monitor HR activities
