Awards Banquet.   Dress for the banquet is formal.  Gold Stevie® Award trophies and Silver and Bronze Medallions will be presented.

6:15 pm / 18:15   Dinner, Dolmabahçe Ballroom
7:00 pm / 19:00   Awards Presentations, Ballroom.  Awards will be presented in the order in which tickets were purchased.

♦ Reserve Your Guest Rooms at the InterContinental Hotel Istanbul
Our discounted block rate is €248 single or double occupancy.  Room rates are inclusive of a buffet breakfast and exclusive of taxes, currently at 12%.  Deadline to book rooms at the block rate: 24 September.

♦ Place a Full-Page Ad in the Official Program Book
All 400 of the event attendees will receive the book, and it will be downloaded from the awards website another 15,000 times over the coming year.  Deadline to reserve your ad: 11 September.

♦ Distribute Literature About Your Organization to All Attendees
This opportunity is limited to the first five (5) organizations that respond. Distribute literature about your organization to all attendees of the 11 October awards banquet.  Reservation deadline: 11 September.

Ticket Prices
Through 10 September: U.S. $595 per ticket, or $5,850 for a table for 10. Table of 10 registrants may speak on stage for up to 60 seconds, instead of the standard 30 seconds.

After 10 September: U.S. $645 per ticket, or $6,350 for a table for 10

The deadline to reserve your first ticket(s) is 4 October.  If you must reserve your first ticket(s) after 4 October you will be assessed a rush fee of $500 in addition to the cost of your ticket(s).  If you reserved at least one ticket through 4 October and wish to order additional tickets after 4 October, you will be charged only the cost of the additional tickets, as long as they are available. No tickets will be sold after 9 October

No refunds will be issued or cancellations accepted after 4 October.

Sponsored Table for 10: U.S. $7,600

Sponsored table includes 10 tickets, corporate branding of your table, corporate branding in the presentations, a full-page ad in the awards banquet program (total distribution of 15,000+), and the right to speak on stage for up to 60 seconds (instead of the standard 30 seconds). Deadline to reserve a sponsored table with full benefits: 11 September.
