Eliminating Fees for Select Categories and Accepting Entries in
Multiple Languages International Business Awards Launches
2006 Call for Entries


New York, NY – January 19, 2006  –The Third Annual International Business Awards marked the launch of its call for entries today by accepting entries in multiple languages and eliminating the entry fees for all non-executive individual categories, including Best Marketer, Best Corporate Communicator, Best Sales Manager, and Best Salesperson. The International Business Awards are the only global, independent business awards program honoring great performances in the workplace.

Starting today, entries may be submitted in dozens of categories ranging from Best Multinational Company to Most Innovative Company.  For the first time, entries may be submitted in multiple languages including Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish. 

Entry kits for The 3rd Annual International Business Awards may be requested at www.internationalbusinessawards.com.  The 2006 awards will honor accomplishments made in 2005. The entry deadline is March 31.  For a full list of categories visit: /iba/categories-0.

Nicknamed the Stevie® for the Greek word “crowned,” the awards, designed by the same company that makes the Clio and Emmy, will be presented at a gala, internationally broadcast ceremony in New York City on June 26, 2006.

The 2nd annual International Business Awards were presented last May to a diverse range of outstanding companies in 22 countries.
