With a passion for solving complex computational challenges, Tejaswi has made significant contributions to the field through his work. At Uber, Tejaswi has built and scaled software systems that serve 1 million requests per second to over 150 million users globally every month. His work has been instrumental in deprecating legacy systems.

Tejaswi's career has been marked by his work with high-tech companies, where he has consistently pushed the boundaries of software engineering. Previously he worked for 3 years for Oracle, where he laid the foundations of the Oracle Database in the cloud, which has helped large customers in banking, finance, and airlines. His innovative solutions and deep understanding of distributed systems have been instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and scalability of the products and services he has worked on.

Tejaswi received his MS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has published papers at top computer science conferences. His research has affected millions of people across the globe by making its way into top consumer and business apps.

Aryan Chalay Amoly

Aryan Chalay Amoly, Jurymitglied der 10. German Stevie AwardsAryan Chalay Amoly is an accomplished Senior R&D Engineer/Scientist with extensive experience in FMCG at Procter & Gamble. Since 2016, he has delivered $11 million in savings and 10 innovative initiatives at different capacities at P&G Germany. Starting as a manufacturing Process Development Engineer, he advanced to managing multimillion-dollar portfolios (users=~12MM, revenue = ~$160MM/year) as Senior Product Manager and UX Designer.
He is known for his leadership in sustainability, cost savings, and innovation in product design, and for his skills in data science, process optimization and consumer research. Aryan's leadership and technical acumen have been acknowledged with consistent high-performance ratings, promotions, and several awards throughout his career at P&G.
Aryan holds MSc and BSc in Materials Engineering and Nanotech from best universities of Iran and Italy. He had been among top 2% of his peers from high school all the way through his MSc graduation. His multilingual skills (English, German, Italian and Farsi) and entrepreneurial experiences add to his versatility demonstrating his willingness to constantly expand his horizons. His interests include psychology, cinema, traveling and physical and mental wellness. He is currently upskilling himself in AI and is a big believer that AI is here to stay to disproportionally improve our lives.
