Founded in 2008 by Dr. Scott Arias, ACE Consulting is all about helping our clients achieve their goals. Since its founding, ACE has operated on three core values. We always do the right thing, we work with extreme urgency, and we always strive to be the gold standard within the industry. We realize we only succeed when our clients do. From construction to security, we offer the competence, experience, and knowledge necessary to get your job done right. We have 30 employees across three locations and have received multiple awards on our community involvement and achievements as a company. We offer field staffing, pre- construction services, training services, security services, certification services, and overall Division One Services. As a company, we have worked closely with numerous commercial and governmental agencies, including the Department of State, the Navy Facilities Command, Amazon, VW, the General Services Administration, and the Army Corps of Engineers. With these agencies, we have supplied management staffing/ preconstruction services on projects with magnitudes ranging from $10,000 to $100,0000,000+.

ACE has grown exponentially in the last few years. We have added two entire sectors to our company and with that, we have hired on two new teams of people. We hired on two new members of the management team to help manage these new team members and to keep the big picture in focus for these growing sectors. We have continued to grow almost 20% in profit and revenue year over year, including 21% growth in 2021 and 27% growth in 2022. The leadership change ACE went through at the beginning of 2021 directly influenced our success in the coming months and years. In 2008, the total revenue for ACE was $7K, and at the close of 2022 the revenue grew to nearly $18M in professional services and with over 100 staff. Additionally, to keep everyone focused, we started keeping a scorecard and putting up a weekly dashboard to keep everyone tuned into the ‘pulse’ of the company.

In addition, we have added the Employee Assistance Program and innovative wellbeing resources that any employee or spouse can contact at any time 24/7 - 365 days a year.

In the construction industry, COVID-19 greatly affected how much work was available and how the work had to be done. The social distancing guidelines and government shut-down greatly affected other companies in our industry and slowed the year over year growth for many of our competitors. Many other companies in our industry have trended at a growth rate of 10-15% since the pandemic. Even since the pandemic, ACE leadership routinely sets profit and revenue goals 20% higher than the previous year. In implementing these guidelines for setting our goals, ACE has continued to grow at a rate of 20-25% every year.
Of the 253 Construction Companies on the Inc. 5000 list of Fasted Growing Companies in the US, ACE Consulting placed in the 3,725 spot. We were also awarded the Stevie Award for Company of the Year for our Industry and Size category last year and we were voted the People’s Choice Favorite Company for our category as well. These awards show that ACE is the gold standard among our industry for our performance at work and our involvement with non-profit organizations to improve our community. Our founder has also received several awards and nominations for his achievements as an entrepreneur. This shows that ACE is the gold standard on all levels of our organization, including the highest level.
