The training video uses a rock climbing metaphor to illustrate the importance of employees using the company code of conduct (protocol)to protect the employees and company. By following the company code of conduct employees and the company can reach new heights of achievement together.

Over 10,000 employees viewed the video as part of their annual Code of conduct training.
