Hello Music engaged Wilshire Axon to redesign its website after thousands of itsmembers requested easier navigation and a better product showcase.

After extensive research, Wilshire Axon connected customers to the right products by categorizing ongoing product offers into seven unique tribes – based on members’ interests – ensuring minimal user navigation. This empowered musicians to use social media to discover, share and influence content – resulting in increased brand trust and credibility.

A contemporary visual design was created to optimize usability and to improve branding.

Hello Music was transformed from a daily deals website into a social commerce platform for musicians - unique to its industry. Daily sales increased by 67%, with 29% more unique visitors and 180% more memberships.
