Briefly describe this entry’s communications objectives and how it met those objectives (up to 125 words):

Amazing Race meets National Treasure meets Compliance training. Altria introduced their updated compliance code to upper management through a scavenger hunt race on the DC Mall. Our task was to translate the race to the entire workforce through a video experience, while training employees how to use the new code. It was filmed reality TV style, broken into chapters and delivered on DVD.

Viewers were required to solve the same puzzles and answer the same questions as the players on screen before they could proceed to the next chapter. Word spread quickly about the unique training and participation rates were extremely high.
