What happens when waters recede and flood victims attempt to put their lives back together? Taking viewers through the flood insurance claim process, this video tells the story of real customers who experienced the devastation of a flood and their experience with the insurance claim process.  Supplementing the customer viewpoint are company employees sharing their perspective about customers’ expectations.  This 360 degree view of flood insurance was released to the public one week prior to Hurricane Sandy’s landfall.  Ultimately this video helped thousands of customers learn more about the flood claim process as they began the recovery phase after the storm.
