Briefly describe this entry’s communications objectives and how it met those objectives (up to 100 words).
What would it be like to follow an AGDC employee on a sales call? The client requested we answer this question with an engaging, realistic video to train their employees experientally in the latest sales rules and practices. We took a faux documentary approach, with the intention of making employees wonder if what they were watching was real. The training was delivered in groups with facilitator moderation between each "episode." After each session, without fail, the question arose: "Were those real AGDC employees being followed by a real documentary crew?" Proof that we hit our target!
