Level 3’s services help their customers keep pace with the demands of an
increasingly networked world. As a first point of contact for many of their
customers’ interactions with the company, Level 3 wanted the portal to set the
stage for a positive customer service experience and help shape overall brand
perception. Taking a user-centered approach to the portal’s redesign, Level 3
worked with EffectiveUI to research, design and develop the new portal. Since,
the MyLevel3 Customer Portal has seen daily traffic increase by 25-35% since its
launch in December, and key transactions through the portal have increased by
25-40%.
